Financial concerns should never keep you from visiting Wolken Family Dental. If you’re nervous about the cost of dental care, we’re here to help. We want you to enjoy a clean, healthy smile AND stay within your budget.
Insurance
While we accept most insurance plans, Wolken Family Dental is considered an out-of-network provider—meaning your insurance policy may not guarantee dental insurance benefits. If it doesn’t, you’ll be responsible for paying anything your insurance doesn’t reimburse, even if it’s more than the initial estimate you received. Depending on your plan, you may also need to pay in full at the time of service, then get reimbursed directly by your insurance provider.
Although we can’t change the contract between you and your insurance provider, we’ll do anything and everything we can to bring down costs and help you get the most out of your coverage, including filing your claims for you electronically.
Dr. Wolken will always suggest the best treatment for your needs using the best materials available, regardless of what your insurance will cover. But if you have questions about coverage, our staff can help you make an informed decision before moving forward.

No Insurance?
If you’re uninsured, you still deserve a healthy smile. That’s why we offer a discount for all uninsured patients who pay in full at the time of service (excluding Invisalign and dental products): 10% off when paying with cash and check and 7% off when paying with card. We also offer in-house payment plan options for extensive dental care, and we partner with Care Credit: a third party lender that may be able to finance up to 100% of your dental care. If you’d like to take advantage of any of these options, simply ask our staff.
