Our private dental plans are savings plans, not insurance. The plans include comprehensive preventive care and access to tailored treatment without the restrictions of insurance. A flat annual fee covers regularly scheduled exams, cleanings, and X-rays, discounts on many additional treatments, and high-end customer service. Our dentists are available when you need them, and emergency appointments are frequently scheduled same-day. Experience the difference of a private dental plan that puts you in control.
Please contact our office for more information on plan fees.
Children under age 13 are eligible for a private dental plan. Services include two routine cleanings and necessary X-rays annually as well as one emergency care visit. This plan also includes discounts on additional services like braces without any restriction on annual costs, preexisting conditions, or claims.
Our adult plan includes two annual exams with X-rays, one emergency care visit, an oral cancer screening, and a cosmetic consultation. It also includes a discount on cosmetic procedures, such as Invisalign and whitening, and other treatments. Coverage for cosmetic procedures and routine screening for common oral issues and health problems give this savings plan an advantage over most traditional, insurance-based plans.
Periodontal (Perio) is a private dental plan designed for those requiring advanced gum care. Infection of the gums is common in older adults and can lead to more serious complications if left untreated. This plan covers regular annual visits and offers the same routine examinations as the adult plan plus procedures and costs related to gum disease treatment.
"We have been patients of Wolken Dental for almost 15 years. We have always had great service and a great relationship with the staff and the dentist. A great dentist to go to if you want to feel as though you are apart a family!" – Nancy S. on Yelp
In addition to our private dental plans, we work with select in-network insurance providers and all out-of-network PPOs. It is important to notify our office of any changes in insurance coverage, employment, or personal information that may affect your coverage. Failure to provide up-to-date information may result in unexpected costs and/or delayed care.
The patient assumes all responsibility for paying for procedures performed in our office, whether it is through a private dental plan, insurance, or out-of-pocket expense.
